Draw Poker Cabinet Privacy Policy

The short version

Draw Poker Cabinet has no game account, login, or game server. The game stores the local round state, open round, virtual-chip wallet, and settings on the device so play can resume. The app also connects to third parties for advertising consent and delivery and for App Store purchases when those features are used.

Data stored on the device

The app stores the current deck and round, wallet state, purchase delivery records, session counters, and settings in native app storage. This information is used to resume a round, prevent duplicate wallet operations, and apply the game rules. It is not a game account and is not a promise of cloud backup or cross-device chip balance restoration.

Deleting the app can remove its local data. The non-consumable Remove Ads entitlement can be restored through Apple. Consumable chip balances and local game progress do not transfer between devices.

Advertising and consent

Draw Poker Cabinet uses Google Mobile Ads for optional rewarded ads and automatic interstitial ads. Depending on your choices, region, device settings, and ad availability, Google may receive identifiers, product interaction, ad interaction, and related technical information to request, measure, prevent fraud in, and personalize advertising. Google's handling of this information is described in its Privacy and Terms.

The app presents the consent flow required for the applicable region and requests tracking permission where required. You can decline consent or tracking permission and continue playing. Rewarded ads are shown only after you request them, and an unavailable or declined ad does not block a round.

App Store purchases

Optional chip bundles and the non-consumable Remove Ads product are processed by Apple through StoreKit. Apple receives the information needed to identify, authorize, deliver, restore, or refund a transaction. The app receives verified transaction results so it can credit virtual chips or apply the Remove Ads entitlement. We do not receive your payment card number.

Virtual chips have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and cannot be redeemed for money or prizes.

Offline play

The video poker cabinet operates offline using data bundled with the app and local storage. Ads, consent updates, and App Store product or transaction services may be unavailable without a network connection. Free cabinet play remains available when those services are unavailable.

Your choices

• Decline the consent or tracking prompt and continue playing.
• Where Google requires it, tap Privacy choices in the game to review or change your ad consent at any time, including during an open round.
• Change tracking permission later in iOS Settings under Privacy & Security, then Tracking.
• Do not request a rewarded ad. Rewarded ads are optional.
• Use the app's purchase controls to restore the Remove Ads entitlement through Apple.
